If you are experiencing problems when answering your web survey, it could be that JavaScript is disabled in your browser.

In modern browsers JavaScript is limited or disabled by default to minimize security risks

To enable JavaScript in Google Chrome for Windows

  1. Open the browser and click on the setup icon that appears at the top right corner
  2. Click on Settings in the menu that appears.
  3. Click on Advanced settings on the Settings page.
  4. Click Content Settings in the area of Privacy .
  5. In the section for JavaScript, select Allow all sites to run JavaScript . 
  6. Click on OK .

To enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox for Windows

  1. Click on Tools in the browser and then click Settings .
  2. In the Preferences dialog box, click the Content .
  3. Select Enable JavaScript , then click OK .

To enable JavaScript in Windows Internet Explorer

  1. Click on Tools in the browser and then click Internet Options .
  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the tab Security .
  3. Click Custom Level .
  4. In the Security Settings dialog box under Scripting> Active scripting, click Enable .
  5. Click on OK .
  6. Click Yes in the confirmation.
  7. Click on OK to save the settings.

To enable JavaScript in Opera for Windows

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Click Menu> Settings> Preferences .
  3. Click the Advanced Settings dialog box.
  4. Click on Content .
  5. Select Enable JavaScript .
  6. Click on OK .
